Welcome to CoGarage!
By accessing or using our car lift rental and DIY garage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

  • Our car lifts and garage facilities are available for rent to individuals aged 18 and older with a valid ID.

  • All renters must sign a liability waiver and acknowledge that they are responsible for following safety guidelines provided by CoGarage.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require payment at the time of reservation.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Safety and Usage Requirements

  • Renters are responsible for using the equipment safely and following all provided instructions. Failure to do so may result in termination of rental privileges without refund.

  • Only the person(s) named in the booking agreement may use the rented car lift. No third parties are permitted to operate the equipment.

  • CoGarage reserves the right to inspect rented equipment at any time to ensure compliance with safety standards.

4. Liability Waiver

  • By using our facilities, you agree to release CoGarage, its employees, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your rental period.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or facilities due to improper use.

5. Damage to Property

  • Any damage to the car lift or other property caused during your rental period will be your financial responsibility. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to you as determined by CoGarage.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Changes to Terms

  • CoGarage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these modifications.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles, CA.

9. Waste Disposal Policy

  • At CoGarage, we strive to maintain a clean and sustainable environment for all our customers and staff. As part of our efforts to manage waste responsibly, we have implemented the following policy regarding waste disposal:

    1. Waste Disposal Fee
      A $5 fee will be charged for the disposal of waste materials left behind by customers at our facility. This fee helps cover the cost of waste management and ensures that we continue to provide clean and safe spaces for all.

    2. Option to Take Waste with You
      Customers have the option to avoid the $5 waste disposal fee by taking any waste with them when they leave the premises. If you prefer to manage your waste personally, you may do so without incurring any additional charges.

    3. Waste Types Covered by the Fee
      The fee applies to large vehicle parts left behind that do not fit in the provided trash can. Oil deposited into our catcher cans. Radiator, brake, and transmission fluid.

    4. Payment of the Fee
      The $5 fee will be charged at the end of your booking if you choose to leave waste behind for disposal. If you decide to take your waste with you, no fee will be applied.

    5. Customer Responsibility
      Customers are encouraged to be mindful of waste disposal and consider bringing reusable containers, bags, or other methods to minimize waste generation during their visit.
