What is CoGarage?
CoGarage is a DIY garage space where you can rent a car lift and other professional tools to work on your vehicle. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or need a space to complete repairs, our facility provides a safe, fully equipped environment for your car maintenance needs.

How do I book a car lift rental?
To book a car lift, visit our Schedule page, select your desired date and time, and complete the payment process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details. If you have any issues with booking, please contact us at admin@cogarage.com. Please note that the time required to load and unload your vehicle is included in the total rental duration.

What is included with my car lift rental?
Each rental includes access to a professional-grade car lift and a designated work area. Additional tools or equipment may be available for an extra fee. Feel free to contact us for specific requests. You are also able to just book a workspace that comes with tools and equipment.

Do I need previous experience to use the car lift?
Our team will be available to safely load and unload your vehicle. However, we do recommend that customers have a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and lift usage. Please note that the time required to load and unload your vehicle is included in the total rental duration.

What happens if I’m late to my scheduled booking?
If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time, but please be aware that your rental period will still end at the original time unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

What if I finish my work earlier or take longer?
If you finish your work earlier or take longer, we’ve got you covered. If your time exceeds or falls short by less than 30 minutes, we can prorate the charge accordingly to ensure you’re only paying for the time you use. Please note, additional time can only be accommodated if there is availability.

Is there an age requirement for using CoGarage’s facilities?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid ID to rent our equipment.

Can I bring my own tools?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own tools. However, for safety reasons, we may inspect them to ensure they’re suitable for use in our facility.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a small fee, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Please contact us at admin@cogarage.com or modify directly on your booking online.

What safety precautions are required?
Safety is a priority at CoGarage. We require all customers to wear closed-toe shoes and follow our safety guidelines, which include proper use of all equipment and tools. Before starting work, you’ll be asked to review and agree to our liability waiver.

Do you offer assistance or advice during my rental?
Our staff is happy to provide basic assistance and answer general questions. However, please note that we do not provide in-depth repair advice or technical consultations. We recommend coming prepared with the knowledge needed for your specific project.

What if I accidentally damage equipment?
Any damage caused to our equipment due to improper use or negligence will be your financial responsibility. If you notice any issues with the equipment, please notify us immediately.

Can I rent the garage space for an entire day?

Do I need to pay a deposit to make a booking?
Yes, a deposit of $30 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental cost. The balance is due at time of rental. If you need to cancel, refer to our cancellation policy for refund details.

Can I extend my rental time if I need more time to finish my project?
Yes, you can extend your rental time if the garage space is available. Please notify us in advance to confirm availability. We recommend checking with our team as soon as you know you need more time.
